Secretary's Message:

Arpan Institute is a platform where special students are prepared to rehabilitate in the community. In order to mould the personalities of special children at Arpan, special strategies of multidisciplinary team are implemented. Man power development programmes fulfill the objective of excellence in rehabilitation by its latest innovative methods of different academic, therapeutic as well as social references. Apart from the inner growth & development of children, special efforts are tried to recultivate the cultural, recreational as well as functional caliber. The set up is poised to make its mark as the best residential facility in the field of special education & rehabilitation in the Country. Further, attentation is paid towards holistic development, which will make them stand apart as "A shining star in the galaxy of Human race."
